You want to learn what your body is trying to tell you through aches + pains, and how to give her intuitive movement and access hands-on healing.
You want to find harmony in your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.
You want to live in an open-hearted space and release what is not yours.
This space brings you back home to yourself while allowing you to step into foundational tools to re-create what it means for you to feel balanced in all of your bodies (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual). While you do learn different tools and modalities for healing - including a Reiki I and II certification - you're also rediscovering who you are and what you want after nearly two years of madness and uncertainty have plagued our world.
